Refund and Returns Policy
At Vitamin Store Sri Lanka, your satisfaction is our priority. While we aim to deliver only the best, we understand that issues may arise.
✅ Return Eligibility
You can request a return or replacement if:
• You receive a wrong, expired, or damaged product.
• The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
⏳ Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Opened or used products
• Supplements or capsules with broken seals
• Skin, hair, or personal care items unless damaged on arrival
💰 Refunds
• If your return is approved, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
